How We Actually Work

We're not trying to be the coolest office or have the most perks. What we care about is creating an environment where good teaching happens and students get real value.

That means hiring people who genuinely care about education. It means being honest when something isn't working and fixing it. And it means treating everyone like adults who can make their own decisions about how they work best.

Reasonable Hours

Teaching is demanding work. We schedule realistically so you're not constantly burnt out.

Real Autonomy

You know your subject. We trust you to teach it effectively without micromanagement.

Ongoing Development

Finance changes constantly. We support professional development so you stay current.

Direct Feedback

No performance review surprises. We talk openly about what's working and what isn't.

Hear From The Team

Three people who work here share what it's actually like. No corporate speak, just honest perspectives on the work.

Paolo Mercado, Lead Financial Modeling Instructor

Paolo Mercado

Lead Financial Modeling Instructor

I spent twelve years in corporate finance before this. What drew me here was the chance to actually help people understand the stuff I wish someone had explained to me when I was starting out. The students ask tough questions, which keeps me sharp. And honestly, seeing someone finally grasp a complex concept never gets old.

Ramon Santos, Curriculum Development Lead

Ramon Santos

Curriculum Development Lead

I came from banking and thought I knew what students needed to learn. Turns out, curriculum development is way more complex than that. You're constantly balancing industry requirements with what's actually teachable in the time we have. The research part is fascinating though. Talking to hiring managers, analyzing job postings, testing different teaching approaches. It's problem-solving at a systems level.

Dante Reyes, Student Success Manager

Dante Reyes

Student Success Manager

Every student has a different story. Some are switching careers, others are fresh graduates trying to get their first role. My job is helping them navigate the obstacles that pop up. Sometimes that's academic support, sometimes it's career advice, sometimes it's just being someone they can talk to when they're stressed. The variety keeps it interesting, and the wins feel genuinely meaningful.

Application Process

We've tried to make this straightforward. Here's what happens after you apply and what to expect at each stage.

1

Submit Application

Send us your resume and a brief note explaining why you're interested in this particular role. We read everything that comes in, though it may take us a week to respond during busy periods.

2

Initial Conversation

If your background looks like a potential fit, we'll schedule a 30-minute video call. This is mostly us learning about your experience and you learning about the role. No trick questions or tests at this stage.

3

Skills Assessment

For teaching roles, we'll ask you to do a short lesson or presentation. For other positions, you might complete a relevant work sample. This helps us both understand how you actually work, not just how you interview.

4

Final Discussion

You'll meet with team members you'd be working with directly. We'll talk specifics about the role, answer your questions, and make sure this is actually a good fit for everyone involved.
